One of the best hair treatments I know of is simply Avocado Oil. 1/2 a cup applied to freshly washed damp hair, let it do its magic for 15minutes then rinse off with hot water. Fine hair will need a light shampoo afterwards but thick and curly hair will be shiny and easy to manage.

I love this image its of a Lemon Myrtle branch in flower. Lemon myrtle indigenous to Australia, the old is pressed from the leaves and its found in most of our lip products; also having anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, it really is a wonder oil!
